U.S. News & World Report Releases the 2024 Best Cruises with Disney Cruise Line Earning Top Billing for Families and Caribbean Sailings

U.S. News & World Report released their 2024 Best Cruise Lines Rankings. The global authority in rankings and consumer advice evaluated 185 ships from 17 cruise lines across a variety of categories.

For the tenth consecutive year, Disney Cruise Line is the Best Cruise Line for Families and Best Cruise Line in the Caribbean. The family-oriented line was ranked by U.S. News based on an expert evaluation of the line’s level of luxury, as well as an assessment of user reviews and health ratings.

Overall, Disney Cruise Line’s ships maintained a respectable ranking. Out of the 185 ships ranked, the Disney Magic is tied for 14th best ship, Disney Dream, Disney Fantasy, and Disney Wish are is in a tie for 21st place with 3 other ships. The Disney Wonder is tied with 2 other ships for the 48th spot.

Each ship is scored by experts, travelers, and given a health rating based on the survey’s methodology. Below are the scores for each of the Disney Cruise Line ships along with the cruise line’s overall score on a 5-point scale.

Overall, U.S. News ranked the Disney Magic #1 Best Disney Cruises. The Disney Dream, Disney Fantasy, and Disney Wish are in a three way tie for 2nd followed by the Disney Wonder which finished the fleet ranking at 5.
