Riviera River Cruises’ two new ships launching in 2025 will sail itineraries on Europe’s Danube and Douro Rivers.
Riviera Radiance will be based on the Danube River and will sail six itineraries, including an itinerary exclusively for solo travelers and three holiday itineraries, while Riviera Rose will be based on the Douro River and will sail one itinerary.

The eight-day Blue Danube and Blue Danube for Solo Travelers itineraries with tours and visits of the Esztergom Basilica, Bratislava, Dürnstein, Melk Abbey, Linz or Salzburg, Vienna and Budapest; a live classical quartet recital on board; and a Hungarian folk lore show on board.
The 15-day Budapest to the Black Sea itinerary with tours and visits of Kalocsa, Belgrade, Pleven, Bucharest, Constanta, Novi Sad, Vukovar, Osijek, Budapest, Veliko Tarnovo and Arbanassi, the Churches of Ivanovo, Belogradchik Rocks and Mesolithic Lepenski Vir; a scenic drive into the Puszta with an equestrian show; cruising through Iron Gates Gorge and into the heart of the Danube Delta; a live Bulgarian folklore show on board; a live Serbian musical performance on board; and a live Hungarian folk music show on board.
The six-day Danube’s Imperial Cities & Yuletide Markets itinerary with tours and visits of Budapest, Bratislava, Vienna and Christmas markets in each, and a live classical quartet recital on board.

The 443-foot Riviera Radiance features 89 cabins, including Riviera’s largest-ever suites, and amenities that include a new split-level bar and restaurant that provides an airy ambience, a bistro with open kitchen, a new third restaurant with tasting courses inspired by the rivers of Europe, a sun deck with pool, a fitness center, and a spa and wellness area.
Riviera Rose will sail the eight-day Highlights of the Douro Valley & Salamanca itinerary with six visits and tours, including Mateus Palace Gardens, Castelo Rodrigo, Lamego, Pinhão and Porto; two visits to local quintas with a guided tour, meal and wine tasting; a traditional flamenco performance with lunch in the historic city of Salamanca; and choice of guided excursion to Vila Nova de Gaia or Guimarães.
The 262-foot Riviera Rose features 57 cabins that will accommodate 114 passengers and amenities that include an intimate yet relaxed restaurant with informal seating, a sun deck with sky lounge, bar and pool, and a fitness center.
