Personal Navigators, and other details from the  7-Night Western Europe Cruise from Southampton. The Disney Dream set sail from Southampton on September 1, 2024. During this cruise, the ship was under the control of Captain Zvonimir Vidak. The Cruise Director during the sailing was David Long.

On January 25, 2024, DCL sent out emails to inform guests of a port change. The originally scheduled stop in Rotterdam, The Netherlands has been replaced with Amsterdam, The Netherlands on Friday September 6th. A copy of the email correspondence is below.  On August 22, 2024, DCL sent another email to guests booked on this voyage to share news of another change. This time, Amsterdam, which was replacing Rotterdam will be replaced with Zeebrugge creating a second port of call on this 7-night cruise with an overnight.

Due to issues outside of our control at the port in Amsterdam, there is a significant possibility that the ship will not be able to dock, resulting in a missed port day. Because of this, we have made the decision to modify your sailing and spend an additional day in Zeebrugge, Belgium. As appreciation for your understanding of this itinerary change, we will provide each stateroom with a non-refundable, non-transferrable onboard credit of $250, which can be used only during this sailing. This onboard credit will automatically appear on the stateroom account and can be used onboard towards the purchase of shipboard services, merchandise, food and beverages, or Port Adventures.
